Can you cite one example where "Public Comment" has made any difference to the PEW and EDF, and thus NMFS's agenda of closing the Gulf of Mexxico to fishing, piece by piece? Fix MRFSS and obtain and use BETTER SCIENCE before making ANY decisions regarding any specie. There should be NO commercial harvest of any specie that is considered over fished or under going overfishing
