Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities: Space Vehicle and Missile Launch Operations at Kodiak Launch Complex, Alaska

I support the incidental taking of marine mammals as a consequence of space vehicle and missile launch operations at the Kodiak Launch Complex. I encourage the salvage of all such creatures for all possible uses. Please do not let these marine mammals die in vain. Show respect.
