From the gathering of information on this regulation of how the crabs are going to processed in the facilities, The Magnuson- Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act is an act which is based on allowing there to be less processing problems when it comes to the facilities processing the the two species of crab, the individual fishing quota (IFQ) and individual processor quota (IPQ) makes this functioning regulation seem much easier when making the right amount of sum getting paid out from the processor to Crab Fisher Men.
