RE: please note a computer technical error evidently for comment - for 1st meet 5. 19. 2011. was up then internet went down, when tried again to comment here for you folks to share this with us + yourselves, only possibility to make a comment was for 7.10.2011 deadline. So I left message with Henry to leave message with Debra Lambert. Plus I stated below. Hello Folks, 4.29.2011 it feels good when you work as hard as i have + something like this comes about. now that it is happening I share + find oldies in the commercial fishing have had such a bad experience with you folks regulating along with F+W, that they have no more energy or desire + could not be paid enough. this is sad for they are very good fishing folks + after 10-40-50 yrs they don`t like the ideal of someone else, especially since they had bad experiences, to now tell them they have to take a test as in the CG AA of 2010. etc. so sadly some of these oldies left/leaving + yet regulatory boards did not make good 1 international science from their work. so i ask you here, please tell me + them, as I suggested thru VHF, give a notice when you will announce these meetings, which a new process of communication needs to be friendly. what can you tell I, them as far as where this comment leads + theirs, if we can talk them into posting. before they feel it went to thin air + no one organized to listen, meanwhile their work got over regulated incorrectly + unnaturally.
