To whom it may concern My name is Tony Daniels I was born and raised in the Panhandel of florida and lived as an adult in in Central Florida fishing both coast. Here is the problem with what is proposed you are killing fishing tourism. Point one head boat or charter boat if they are to have any chance at all of chargeing enough money to pay for the fuel and stay some what within a tourist budget versus what they take home ratio you must have Red Snaper and Grouper open at the same time. Point 2 if you will check with the tourism boards and councils you will see that most tourism starts in june and peaks on the 4th of July. What I prpose is June 1st to jully forth if the fishers are down that much shut the comerical boys down until the fall. On A side note limit the # of hooks on the comerical. The most important thing is to at least give the charter guys a chance . I would even support one gag perperson per day because I have already payed for a grouper trip in june after my vist to Disney that I now lose my non refundable deposit because I AM NOW A TOURIST. sorry for any gramatic errors I AM HAVING TO RUSH DUE TO THE TIME LIMIT OF THIS COMMET FORMAT
