again the scallop advisor committee with no ethics law to stop them fro feathering their own nests after stealing away 600 general scallop permits instantly their own permit worth hundreds of thousands dollars now gives themselves a raise sham on you nmfs using magna stevens act to create laws stripping rights away from us citizens. creating a fish mafia. one man in new jersey owns 18 full time scallopers . wheres the attorney general . noaa steals money from fisherman funds . coast guard judges all on payroll of forfeiture fund how immoral.
