the use of selective history dates is a unfair practice for fishermen that fish for more than one species, we need more than 40 pounds of meat per trip. it used to be 400 lband that was good for all it created jobs and good quality products. this plan is more greed driven than it is to protect the stocks. again i urge the counsil to allow 250 lb for general catagory permits instead of the current 40 lb.
