To Whom It May Concern, I do not support raising the accumulation caps and raising trip limits this early in the new ifq managment of general sea scallop. I do not see the difference in these new regs opposed to trip boats when you start seeing such large limits. We need to maintain the small boat nature of this fishery. Thank you Chuck Etzel
