this fishery shoudl not be open for catching more octopus. what is important here to the owners of the fish - national american citizens, is the status of the octopus which we all own --the octopus in the sea is not the property of commercial fish profiteers, who will take it all unless we stop them from making the species extinct. the profiteering of commercial fish profiteers have alrelady sent many species into extinction. absolutely extinction these profiteer stop at nothing. they are greed personified. stop allowing overcatch here. this agency does not protect the national owners of the fish at all - every american citizen. this agency goes overboard in allowing unfettered overcatching, leading to marine mammals that need that food starving to death. or having ot look so hard for food they die from exhaustion. stop the pillageing of the sea. the robber barons of the sea are the commercial fish profiteers these day.
