Once again...another scurlious example of intrustion by the federal government on a clearly STATES issue. The science behind this travisty is FLAWED, Magnuson Stevenson has been "bastardised" by last minute skulguggery in congress to have the "caviot" rule put in place that allows NMFS to simply state "its the best science available", thus, by law there can be NO acceptance of better science....a true over reach of the federal govt!
