the various councils that are making regulations for catching fish are all full of those who profit from catching fish. they regard the fish as only theirs to make money on. they forget entirely that every single fish belongs to every citizens of the usa. and that these councils have no right to make quotas so high that the fish are vanishing from the sea. the quotas set by all of these inbred councils, where they all practically live with each other they are so close, are not adequately representing the citizens of the united states. these inbred associates look for what the fish money can bring them, not for how to create a sustainable ecosystem, where marine life has fish to eat to stay alive. these fishing agencies are in fact starving all marine life, and letting commercial fishprofiteers have far far too high quoats. crewmen make a million dollars a trip. why shoudl the public stand for that overdoing? why shoud lthe public stand for that kind of taking and making our seas barren?
