A very good idea! We can not replace what is gone with origional species, but your approximation is a logical and practical solution to this reintroduction. Now if we could just shut down some of our rivers for on 4 year cycle in a stigered rotation, we could redevelop what is left of the natural runs in our previously stocked rivers.
