Recreational Accountability Measures ( FB12-002) If you’re really serious about Recreational Accountability Measures you should start by putting a price on the heads of Recreational poachers. Start with $10,000 and you pay for it by taking their boats and giving them a big fine. There is no other way to catch them but to put a price on their heads, the bigger the price the more of them you will catch and then the rest will realize it’s not worth it. Then and only then will it stop. I’m also talking about some commercial poachers as well, there are some that because of new lease fees of $0.50-0.75 that the captains and crew now have to pay. It’s worth the risk to bring in a bag of Red Snapper filets to offset the lease fees. It’s time to get serious about this, put a price on their heads and we will turn them in!!! Mark Steel
