The U.S. Department of Defense are in consultation with Native Hawaiian Organizations, Section 106 ACHP. I recommed that you inform DOD of the LOF, NMFS, and MMPA. They are also aware of Section 103-150. www.denix.osd.mil/na/hawaii.cfm Check with Department of Defense-Vice Admiral James Houck Judge Advocate General of the Navy. Also, Department of Homeland Security Admiral Thad Allen Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard and Department of the Navy - Robert Work under the Secretary of the Navy. I am wondering if the Navy is also a contributor of injury or kill that are on the LOF. Is this process complying with ACHP Section 106? If not, why not? If so, who are the Native Hawaiian Organizations? Office of Hawaiian Affairs? Aha Kiole? The Lawful Hawaiian Government? Aha Hui Kaahumanu Society? Hale O NaAlii? Hawaiian Civic Clubs? Debra Kapule Civic Club? KAHEA? Kamehameha Schools? Ko Hawaii Pae Aina? The Royal Oder of Kamehameha? The Kingdom of Hawaii te? etc.. Mahalo, Cheryl Ululani Obatake
