ban all trawling from this area. all of it. trawling is environmentally destructive. it cleans out an area so nothing lives there on the bottom for the next 50 years. close the whole area to all fishing. it is clear that noaa is presiding over the extinction of all fish in the sea. they have let so many hundreds of species go extinct already. noaa works only for racpacious greedy money hungry commercial fish profiteers. noaa was created to protect the fish that are owned by every american citizens, but noaa has been regulatorily captured so now it only works for rapacious commercial fish profiteers who are taking all they want every day. these people go out on boats with guns and they shoot marine mammals so that this species is going extinct too. the fishermen dont like whales or dolphins or seals because these animals eat a feew fish to stay alive. these rapacious commercial greedy money hungry commercial fish want it all for themselves. they make million dollars hauls, taking all the fish out of the ocean, starving the marine mammals to death. the situation is very very ugly and needs to be fixed. crooked pols work with this whole scheme looking for commercial fishing votes, its all a scam on all of us. it needs clean up
