CUT ALL QUOTAS BY 50%. STOP BEING A PIMP FOR THE COMMERCIAL FISH PROFITEERS AND START PROTECTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC, WHICH OWNS ALL OF THE FISH. THIS AGENCY WAITED 20 YEARS TO PUT MAGNUSON STEVENS INTO EFFECT, SHOWING A LACKADAISICAL APPROACH TO FISH PROTECTION. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY ALLOWING SPECIES AFTER SPECIES TO GO EXTINCT. YOU TAKE NO ACTIONS TO PROTECT FISH POPULATIONS. ALL YOU THINK ABOUT IS MONEY AND GREED. YOUR POLICIES ARE HARMFUL TO AMERICA. COMPLETELY HARMFUL.
