To whom it may concern: I think that by limiting the amount of halibut taken by the commercial companys are more harmful the the species than, than by limiting the amount taken by the public will ever do the the halibut population. If the regulation passes as is, I feel you would be doing more damage to the Alaskan tourist money and the business communities that depend on tourist than you will ever know. Who in their right mind would come all the way up here for (1) halibut per day
