Pacific Halibut Fisheries: Catch Sharing Plan for Guided Sport and Commercial Fisheries in Alaska

I have been a sport fisherman in Alaska for approximately 30 years. I have fished for Halibut for sport and personal consumption. I oppose the current proposal, Catch Share Plan. I believe that the present Guideline Harvest Level is an appropriate way to manage Halibut Sport fishing in the State of Alaska. Thank you.
