Dear Sir: I have been a charter boat and party boat owner in Naples for over 40 years, yes 40 years. I now have two 6pk charter vessels that my son and I run. We both feel 2 grouper per person is enough. We do not need 4 fish per person or customer, BUT closing red grouper in February & March is what hurts our trade the most, so my recommendation is to leave red grouper open all year round and leave the current limit of 2 fish per person.
