I strongly agree and support the elimination of the tonnage regulation requirement, due to the overbearing cost of vessel reconfiguration. I also, support the elimination of the one-time upgrade provision, again due to the unknown future development of the fishing fleet. Tory Bramante - F/V America, American Pride, Capt.
