ALL SHARK SPECIES ARE OVERFISHED. FISHERMEN SHOOT THEM TOO. SO THE DEPLETION RATE IS VERY VERY HIGH FOR ALL SPECIES OF SHARKS. ALL SHARK SPECIES SHOULD BE COMPLETELY PROTECTED FROM BEING KILLED. CALIFORNIA JUST PASSED A LAW FROM CATCHING THEM. WE NEED A NATIONAL LAW THAT CATCHING SHARKS TO KILL THEM WILL BE TOTALL YOUTLAWED IN THE USA. NO SHARKS SHOULD BE CAUGHT BY EITHER RECREATIONAL OR COMMERCIAL FISH PROFITEERS. THESE FISHERMEN ARE RAPACIOUS AND ALL THEY WANT IS A ATROPHY ANYWAY. IT IS TIME TO PUT INTO EFFECT A LAW TO PROHIBIT ANYONE FROM CATCHING ANY SHARK IN ANY WAY. FINE ANDPUT IN PRISON AND SEIZE THE BOAT OF ANYONE WHO VIOLATES THAT LAW AND MAKE THE FINE IN THE ORDER OF $25,000. THE HUMAN RACE NEEDS SHARK THEY CONTRIBUTE TO THE ECOLOGY OF THE SEA. THEY ARE NECESSARY AND NECESSARY UNDER NATURE. STOP ALLOWING THEM TO BE KILLED.
