these "reserved" fish should be reserved, not given away to rapacious greedy commercial fish profiteers. they belogn to every citizen of the usa. we need to start saving and protecting fish, not letting them go extinct as this agency has allowed hundreds of other species to go extinct. wiping out species after species is not why this agency was created and has received billions of tax dollars from us taxpayers. these rapacious commercial greedy fish profiteers have been allowed to steal all the fish in the sea, causing many marine mammals to starve to death. that needs to stop. the reserve should be the reserve not fished out. these fish do not belong to noaa, which has been lax and negligent and criminal in manageing them. these fish belong to every man woman and child in this country and stolen by noaa in complicity with rapacious commercial fish profiteers. deny these greedy rapacious commercial fish profiteers. work for the general population of the usa. deny this permit
