this species is shot to death by most commercial fish profiters. the commercial fish profiteers are rabid rapacious killers of seals. they dont want the seals to have any fish to eat. the rabid rapacious commercial fish profiteers want million dollar hauls for themselves, and so they steal all the fish they can. theses rabid rapacious commericall fish profiteers take way over the quotas and cause starvation in seals, so the seals are dying from starvation due to mankind's predatory, greedy nature. this industry leaves nothing for any marine mammal to survive at any time. endless species are dying off from the effects of these rabid, rapacious commercial fish profiteers. noaa is in their pocket. noaa is their pimp. this agency was created to manage this rabid group and instead lets these rabid rapacious commercial fish profiteers get away with stealing the fish that belong to all americans. YES, THOSE FISH BELONG TO ALL OF US. NOAA IS PRESIDING OVER THE STEALING OF OUR FISH BY RABID RAPACIOUS COMMERCIAL FISH PROFITEERS.
