all 49 requests sent to noaa should be denied since they are solely from profiteers and take no account of the fact that all of the fish belong to allr esidents of the usa and not to them. noaa is giving a blank check to these commercial fish profiteers, who steal fish way over any quotas given to them year after year after year. it is time to cut down on these criminal thieves who steal fish and cause fish extinctions. these commercial fish profiteers further are causing death of marine mammals since they take so much fish. there is no sustainability built in these quotas at all. they are overcatch. there should be zero exemptions allowed. the general pubilic is sick and tired of commercial fishj profiteers being allowed by noaa to steal the fish and make all species extinct. the general public of the usa owns these fish. their rights are being extinguished by a lax and negligent noaa.
