the quota for catching shark for the entire season or year should be zero. sharks are in fact endangered and threatened and no angler should be able to catch even one. the noaa works only for commercial fish profiteers so they are regulatorily captured. they work on;lyu for commercial profiteers and do not work for the good of this country. those sharks/fish belong to every citizens of this country. noaa works only for the takers and killers of the fish. noaa needs a change. it has been presiding over the extinction of fish species for the past 40 years. it is an obsolete agency that does not work for the good of america. it needs shut down. totally shut down.
