a reserve should not be touched for sustainability purposes. so much taking is starving marine life which depends on having fish to eat. noaa is allowing this starvation to occur. the allowed tonnage to catch is much too high. this turbot catch needs a 50% reduction. commercial fish profiteers also have guns on their boats and shoot all marine life that tries to eat to stay alive. this is disgusting, depaved and these fish profiteers need to have their boats taken from them, bt put in jail for ten years and pay fines of $500,000 for each animal killed. this agency has been regulatorily captured and does not work for the good of the general american public. it works only for commercial fish profiteers. it is also afraid to deny them what they want. this has become a complete criminal racket.
