The way the black sea bass fishery in the southeast is being regulated is absurd. Closing the recreational sector is the winter is wrong. That is when the sea bass are most prolific off the coast of North Carolina. Having the commercial size limit smaller than the recreational size limit is wrong as well. The size limit should be the same for both groups.
