Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and South Atlantic: Snapper-Grouper Fishery off the Southern Atlantic States; Amendment 18A

If the goal of this proposed rule is to increase the black sea bass population and numbers of mature breeding fish, then all size limits for all sectors should be the same. Please consider a twelve inch limit across the board. Allowing commercial harvest of small fish defeats the purpose of the rule and is unfair to sportsmen.
