all these new trials of this and that - they are all fake. the fish ar e still being overfished and harmed by many of the taking methods allowed by noaa. the fish belong to all americans - all 325 million of us but noaa works for commercial fish profiteers only. its always a smokescreen for their profis and benefits. the overfishing is still going on. we need new management. it took l7 years for noaa to implement magnuson stevens - showing a real disinclination to do what congress had passed to protect the fish. its been nothing but take all you want always.
