this agency is not preventing overfishing in any way shape or form. all they do is take tax dollars for them to have jobs and salaries. they do nothing to repressent the interests of the 300 million people of the usa who own all of those fish. those fish are not ak fish. they are usa fish, subject to the rights of 300 million people, not local yokels in ak. this agency did nothing to get comments from the 300 miliion people who own those fish. it catered to 20 people who came out to talk about how they could make money for themselves and their own wallets. something is going desperately wrong with this proposal. this proposal is brainless and needs to be completely rejected.
