i propose no actions period at this time once again NOAA has shown that their preferred action to their bad science is to shut more fisheries down a somewhat common response as they have managed to close most all bottom fishing fishing down along the Atlantic Coast. Until they can tell me how many fish we started with at day one I have no reason to believe the red grouper are overfished.
