both mafmc and asmfc are populated solely by commercial fish profiteers so that their estimates are biased and prejudicial to the interests of the average americans who own all the fish. we have a special interest collection of people on both councils looking out for themselves imo.botyh these agencies spend far too much on adminstration and zero on law enforcement to catch the commercial fish thieves who are making species after species extinct. the estimates that both agencies are from data from the profiteers, so they cannot be trusted at all since they arre for self-interest and enrichment. in no case should this proposal be using any 2005 figures since this is 2012 and we cant have antique info. this agency has no reliable data. it uses fish profiteers numbers which cannot be trusted. i think anybody who thinks there are more fish in the sea in 2012 than in 2010 is crazed. an ea should not be allowed. it is cheap and sloppy and an eis is required. all quotas from these agencies are always much too high and encourage species extinction of fish species. this is my opinion.
