Dear Sirs: I have been a charter boat operator in the Northeast fishing from Massachuseets Bay to the Gulf of Maine for over twenty years. I have experienced this once abundant fishery decline to the point where catch limits are long overdue. We now see a sharp decline in the number of smaller school size Bluefish and a scattering of larger adult fish in the past several years. I agree with catch limits to rebuild these stocks and feel it is long overdue. Best regards, Capt Mark Doyle
