the population figures are inaccurate as usual. the population figures are inaccurately made to be made than real because the commercial fish profiteers own this agency. this agency works only for their benefit. the public can go to hell as far as this agency is concderned. this agency gives no protection to the fish or to the publics ownership of the fish. the quota should be cut by 50%. the quota given in this proposal is completely fictiatious. these kinds of high takings mean the predator fish starve to death. its time for a cleanout of this agency so that they work for the good of the general public.
