dogfish - the councils reflect only the wishes of commercial fish profiteers. the councils do not protect the owners of the fish, the general population of the usa. because the citizens dont watch this council closely enough, the fish stocks are going extinct one by one. these councils need to include the ordinary citizens, notjust people with conflict of interest and financial interests in making money off dead fish. this council is negligent and careless in setting quotas. the quot should be cut by 50% immediately. please post a copuy of the environmentla assessment on the website and let me know where it is. it is clear that there is no reason why your documents are not posted ONL INE FOR THE PEOPLE TO SEE THEM INSTEAD OF HAVING TO TELEPHONE SOME CLERK TO GET A COPY SENT TO THEM.
