All activities handled by National Marine Fisheries Service should NOT be confidential in the least bit. Tax-payer money finances this organization and any activities handled by this organization should be public information, including any permits issued to the United States Navy to kill off innocent protected species of whales and dolphins. Shame on the NMFS for allowing such permits to be issued! I will tell as many people as possible about these happenings. It is an outrage that the NMFS gives permits to the navy to destroy sea creatures at will. You all need to do a better job.
