I am opposed to any increase in annual catch limits in the Caribbean, South Atlantic, and the Gulf of Mexico. In particular, I believe the annual catch limit should remain "low" while we continue to monitor the BP oil spill impact on fish and fisheries. I believe that the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and South Atlantic waters are being over-fished, including: grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, etc.,
