See attached file(s) A gentle reminder to the Federal Monument Managers that promises were made by a White House envoy to the people of the Mariana Islands in order to gain their support for this monument. The Mariana Trench National Marine Monument was designated in January 2009. When will these promises be addressed? Please read attached remarks from former CNMI Governor.
