Over most of my life, i have been involved in a effort to protect the environment. I am a birder, by choice, but I'm concerned about other species as well. The case of the Ridley Sea Turtle has caught my attention, and I feel that anything that can be done to protect this endangered species should be attempted. I've checked into the TED's that are being used in Texas and Florida, and see no reason why they cannot be used by all trawlers/skimmers. There does not seem to be any significant loss of income as compared to these vessels in states that do not require them. Thank you, Suzanne Humbird
