why is the us taxpayer paying for all these meetings all over the country. why wasnt a national webinar announced that people could call in to for two days and listen and comment. wy do you need to vacation all over the usa and tax alraedy bankruptedtaxpayers to do such meaningless public commenting. you need to keep costs down. are you taking vacations on taxpayers wallets. of course every commercial profiteers, which kills all marine life with its guns that it has on its ships, should be immediately prohibited from using any devices that kill turtles. why are you hemming and hawing over banning this horror of killing turtles. in fact all trawling should be banned entirely. trawling devastates the floor of the sea for l00 years. why are you allowing the endless pollution, the endless overifhsing that goes on and on endlessly. they are stealign the fish that belong to every citizen of this country. they are consigning our kids to barren seas, just so these ugly commercial fish profiteers can make themselves rich. they take ten times more than they are allowed to take.
