We need to address the real problem of legal & illegal long lining of sharks. Sport Fisherman should be allowed to retain an occasional fish. The larger sharks can be protected by a tagging system such as red drum have been in Texas. If a tag is used it is sent in with data in order to obtain a replacement tag.
