please take your time and think . why penalize recerational fisherman when we all know it is comercal fisherman that do the most damage i have tried for 5 years to catch a true trophy mako and have yet to come close . also outerbanks of north carolina last year thousands of striped bass were dumped because of over harvest this happens every year longliners finning sharks for the blackmarket fin trade
