I think all of your proposed quotas are on point and will not diminish shark numbers to dwindling numbers. I think you should consider raising quotas on the more dangerous species of sharks. Tiger sharks, for example, would provide more meat and raw material than other smaller shark species. Plus it would keep their numbers down making it safer for all offshore.
