I strongly object to Amendment 18B. You are allowing all the hundreds of thousands of sport fishermen a paltry 3019 Golden Tilefish and giving a public resource to a very few. I demand at least a 25% share of this fishery for sport fishermen. In addition you are giving ownership of the commercial share of this resource to a limited number of share holders. This is a crime! It's a public resource and the entirety of the populace of the U.S. owns this resource! We don't give ownership of wild animals to any group of hunters or, for that matter, anyone; why and how can you do this to publicly owned resources in the ocean? Sport fisheries contribute many more dollars to our economy than commercial fisheries. Please get your act together!
