The supplementary information for the proposed rule includes a possibly misleading statement. On p. 66948, it states "The final report for Component 2 of the REDNET project is available for review..." I am a coordinator of the REDNET project and a co-author of the report - it is not a final report, as is stated clearly on the document as a watermark and on the title page. The document described is best described as preliminary or draft. The final report on Component 2 will soon be sent to the NMFS Cooperative Research Partners. After their review, it will then be available.
