Please reconsider the closing of the Black Seabass fishery. From the few times I have fished for them this year it seems like the biomass can sustain itself. Even if you have to reduce the catch limit some the closure is hurting a lot of people. I usually go once or twice a winter to get some fresh fish so I can feed my family fish during the winter.
