I was really suprised to see the proposed Quta go so low. I just put on new gear and spent a lot of money getting the boat all coast guard approved. I fish in the 950 area and have seen a lot of fish and in the last 3 years and I've seen no more than 3 other boats at one time and I have at least 40 different areas that I go. And sure do not see a short of fish. If I'm not getting them it is because of currant, or there they feeding. I thought the quta would acctually go up not down. This 475 quta would just shut me down. I can switch over more to black cod, but I invested a lot of money in black gill and that is where I have my market established. Again this hit me hard with no warning. I ask if could reconsider.
