In the document it specifies that comments are desired concerning Condit Dam due to the fact that it is unclear if the area above the dam is essential for the conservation of the entire DPS in comparison to other historical habitats. You'll be happy to know that Condit Dam was breached on October 26, 2011 and that it has contributed positively to the conservation of the entire salmon DPS. There are plenty other dams that also need removal. Please hurry for the sake of the conservation of the entire DPS because any conservation of a DPS is cumulatively saving the entire DPS. Thank you.
