the seals needs to be protected. many in alaska seem to feel abuse, brutality, murder of animals is perfectly fine. many commercial fish profiteers routinely take guns out on their boats and shoot to kill any marine life that eats fish, thinking they are entitled to allt he fish in the ocean. i do not believe that is what most americans want to d with their national land. national land should be for protecting species. these species badly need protectini from such human killers.
