We, the people of Alaska, cannot allow an outside developer to hijack our resource protection laws, push through an improper project for personal and corporate profit, and leave us with long-term or permanent loss of our State's wildlife heritage and natural productivity. Protect the Lake Iliamna harbor seals with proper endangered species status, and reinstate the local control of the Coastal Zone in Alaska!
